Participation requires an application and our approval. We may approve, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account at our discretion, including for a violation of these terms or the promotional guidelines.
Each affiliate receives a unique referral code and link. A referral is attributed to the affiliate whose link a visitor most recently clicked, within the attribution window published on the program page, before that visitor subscribes a church. Attribution is recorded server-side and does not depend on a visitor's browser alone.
The default commission rate, duration and other terms are published on the program page and may be changed for future earnings at our discretion. A change to the program's default rate does not alter a commission already earned — the rate in effect when a commission was created is the rate that commission is paid at.
No commission is earned on taxes, processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, credits, or free trial periods. A refund or a lost payment dispute reduces or reverses the related commission, including one already paid, as a debit against future earnings.
An affiliate may not earn a commission by referring themselves, an account they control, or a church they own. We may withhold or reverse a commission and suspend an account where we reasonably believe this rule was violated.
Commissions are held for a review period before becoming payable, and are paid on the schedule published on the program page once they reach the minimum payout threshold. We choose the payout method available to your account.
We monitor for signals of fraudulent or abusive referral activity. A commission connected to such activity may be held, reduced, or reversed pending review. We do not take punitive action against an account based on a single automated signal alone.
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Commissions already earned and payable as of that date remain payable under these terms; no new commissions accrue afterward.
We will notify affiliates of a material change to these terms before it takes effect. Continued participation after that notice constitutes acceptance of the change.
