How it works

  1. Create your church

    Make an account and name your church. You become its owner, and your roles, branding and feature switches are set up for you.

  2. Invite your leaders

    Send invitations by email. Each one is single-use and carries the role you chose, so nobody arrives with more authority than you gave them.

  3. Open your doors

    Turn on access requests and your members and visitors can ask to join from your own site. Every request waits for one of your administrators.

  4. Switch on what you need

    Sermons, events, groups, prayer, giving, courses, reading plans and attendance are each a switch. What you turn off disappears from the navigation.

Questions churches ask

Who can see our congregation’s data?
Only your church. Every table is separated in the database itself, not by the application remembering to filter — so a page with a missing check returns nothing rather than somebody else’s records.
Can we control who joins?
Yes, and it is the default. Someone asking to join lands in a queue with no access to anything until one of your administrators approves them. You can also decline, and you can withdraw access from an existing member without removing them from your rolls.
Can you read our private messages or prayer journals?
No, and neither can your church owner. Direct messages are private to the two people in them and the journal is private to its author. Group conversations are different and deliberately so — an administrator can read those, because a group is a room with a roster rather than a letter between two people.
Do you take card payments for our giving?
Not yet. Recording gifts by hand is built and needs no payment processor at all — a giver records what they sent, a treasurer confirms it against the bank. Card processing is not built, and we would rather say so than ship an untested payment integration.
What about Spanish?
The whole application is in English and Spanish, and each person chooses their own. It is not a translated copy of the site; it is one application that speaks both.
Can we move away later?
Your data is yours. Ask and we will export it.
