We are a small team building this deliberately. That means you get a person rather than a ticket queue, and it also means we tell you when something is not built instead of promising a date.

What we will not do
Promise an app-store release date — the member app is built and coming once Apple and Google have reviewed it — or claim a certification we do not hold. Both are the kind of answer that is easy to give and expensive to have given.
