Email, text and announcements from one place
Reaching your congregation should not mean three tools, three contact lists and a group chat nobody can leave. Church By Faith keeps the list in one place and sends from it.
What you can send
Email campaigns
Compose, send and keep a record of what went out. Contacts, tags and segments live alongside your membership rather than in a separate marketing tool.
Text messages and WhatsApp
Your church gets its own sending number, so a text from you arrives from you. Consent is recorded on the member’s profile, not assumed.
Announcements inside the app
Posted to the whole church or targeted at an audience, with a cover image, a schedule and an expiry — so a notice about last Sunday stops showing on Wednesday.
Segments and tags you define
Group people by anything you actually use — new members, volunteers, a campus, a language — and send to that group rather than to everybody.
Consent is a record, not an assumption
Communication consents are stored per person and per channel on their profile. A member who has not consented to text messages is not in the recipient list, and there is no switch that overrides that.
Frequently asked questions
- Do our members need the app to get messages?
- No. Email and text reach people wherever they are. Announcements are the one channel that lives inside the platform, and they are for people who have signed in.
- Can we send in Spanish?
- Yes. The whole platform is bilingual and each member reads it in the language they chose, so a bilingual congregation is one congregation rather than two mailing lists.
