Set up the ways your church receives gifts — Zelle, check, cash, bank transfer or another method — with the instructions members see in the portal.
Recorded by the giver, confirmed by a treasurer
A member records what they sent; a treasurer confirms it against the bank. This needs no payment processor and no credentials at all, so it works from your first day.
Giving reports and a donor list
Leaders with finance permission see giving by period and by donor, and export gifts and reports as CSV for your accountant.
A record nobody quietly edits
A confirmed gift has no edit or delete for anyone. A correction leaves its own record.

Card and monthly giving: where it stands
Card giving through Stripe and PayPal — one-time and monthly — is live and taking real money for our founding ministry, using hosted checkout so card details never touch our application. It is not yet available to other churches: each church needs its own payment account, and that onboarding (Stripe Connect) is not built. We will update this page when it is. Clover is not supported.

Giving records, reports and exports are part of every plan. Turn giving on in your feature settings, add your methods, and give your treasurer the finance permission.
Frequently asked questions
- Do you take a percentage of our donations?
- No. Never. What Stripe or PayPal charges to move the money is theirs, and what you pay us is your subscription.
- Can members give by card?
- Not yet for new churches. Card and monthly card giving run today only for our founding ministry, because per-church payment accounts are not built. Recording gifts sent by Zelle, check, cash or transfer works today.
- Can a gift be corrected after the fact?
- A confirmed gift has no edit or delete for anyone, deliberately. A correction comes from a refund through the processor, which is what leaves a real record.
