Live and taking real money. Built on hosted Checkout deliberately, so the card is entered on Stripe’s page and never on ours.
How it works
Hosted Checkout
The giver enters their card on Stripe. Our application never sees or stores a card number.
Marked paid by webhook only
A gift becomes successful when Stripe’s signed webhook says so — never because somebody landed back on a thank-you page.
One-time and monthly
Both run through Stripe Checkout, and a monthly gift can be cancelled by the giver or by the treasurer.
Availability
Card giving currently runs through a single merchant account, and is live for our founding ministry only. Per-church payment accounts (Stripe Connect) are the work that opens it to other churches, and that work is not finished.
