What a member finds when they sign in

    Watch or listen without advertisements, and download for offline listening where the device supports it.

  • Their groups and their conversations

    Group rooms with a roster, plus private one-to-one messages that no administrator can read.

  • Events they can RSVP to

    Including events your church holds online.

  • Courses and reading plans

    Lessons in order, and a reading schedule they can keep privately.

  • Prayer requests and a private journal

    A request goes to the people your church nominated. The journal is private to its author.

  • Giving

    Record a gift sent by transfer for the treasurer to confirm, or give by card where your church has card giving enabled.

Feature toggles, so the portal is not a tour of what you do not use

An administrator turns a feature off and it leaves the navigation for everybody. A church with no courses does not show a Courses tab to five hundred people.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a mobile app?
The standard Church By Faith member app for iOS and Android is in development and we are not announcing a date — a new app also has to pass Apple and Google review. Until then the portal works in the browser on any phone, with nothing to install. Custom app development is a separate service we offer today.
Can members choose their own language?
Yes. The language is a per-person preference, so one congregation reads the same portal in two languages.
